Hyderabad: Motorola has strengthened its presence in India’s competitive mid-range smartphone market with the launch of the new Moto G77 Power. The latest addition to the popular G-series succeeds the Moto G67 Power and brings several notable upgrades, including a massive 7,000mAh battery, a 120Hz Full HD+ display, and the latest Android 16 operating system.
The Moto G77 Power is priced at Rs 25,999 for the lone 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. As part of the introductory offer, customers can avail a Rs 2,000 bank discount, reducing the effective price to Rs 23,999. The smartphone will go on sale from July 13, 2026, through Motorola’s official website and Flipkart.
The handset is available in four Pantone-certified colour options—Impenetrable Grey, Nautical Blue, Fuchsia Red, and Laurel Green—with premium PMMA and vegan leather-inspired rear panel finishes.
The Moto G77 Power sports a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,050 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection for enhanced durability. Powering the smartphone is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, which can be virtually expanded up to 24GB, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. Storage is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
In the camera department, the smartphone features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, while a 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The device supports 2K video recording at 30fps, making it suitable for content creators and photography enthusiasts.
One of the biggest highlights of the Moto G77 Power is its 7,000mAh battery, supported by 30W TurboPower fast charging and 6W reverse wired charging. Motorola claims the battery can deliver up to 59 hours of usage on a single charge, making it one of the largest battery smartphones in its segment.
The smartphone also offers IP64 dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification, providing added protection against accidental drops and harsh conditions.
Running on HelloUI based on Android 16, the Moto G77 Power comes with a promise of one major Android OS upgrade and three years of security updates, ensuring long-term software support for users.
With its focus on long battery life, smooth display performance, durable design, and capable hardware, the Moto G77 Power is positioned as a strong contender in India’s mid-range smartphone segment.
